End User License Agreement

License terms for the Solar X internal QuickBooks Online integration application.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the internal Solar X software application (“the Application”) that connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API. The Application is operated by Solar X for its own internal business use.

1License

Solar X grants authorized Solar X personnel a limited, non-transferable right to use the Application for internal financial operations only. The Application is not licensed or distributed to external parties.

2Acceptable use

The Application may be used only for lawful internal purposes consistent with Intuit’s terms of service and this Agreement. Users must not attempt to access data beyond their authorization or use the Application to harm Solar X, Intuit, or any third party.

3Data

Use of QuickBooks data through the Application is governed by the Solar X QuickBooks App Privacy Policy. You may disconnect the Application from QuickBooks at any time.

4Warranty disclaimer

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Solar X does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solar X is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

6Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
